Una volta dentro Kevin Flynn scopre che esiste un universo in cui i programmi hanno forma umana, in cui l'MCP comanda come un dittatore sanguinario, che i videogiochi sono in realtà battaglie mortali e che i creativi come lui sono oggetti di culti proibiti al pari di divinità religiose.
